Amended Rules and Regulations 

 

Referee

  1. Striking, Assaulting, Spitting or pushing a referee will result in a lifetime ban for that player. Additionally, the team will be fined $300.00

  2. Threatening a referee anywhere, on or off the field will result in a 6-month suspension and a $250.00 fine, 2nd offense is a $300.00 fine and a lifetime ban.

  3.  A yellow card caution for foul and or abusive language of any kind against a referee or an opposing team or fellow teammate will draw $100.00 fine and a 3 game suspension.

  4. If a referee terminates the game, his decision is final. The Referee must to report this action to the league for further inquiry and appropriate action

  5. If a referee issues a red or yellow card, the decision is irrevocable and may not be rescinded by agreement by the players and or the referee. The cards will stand.

 

Teams

  1. All teams are required to play a full game, from start to finish, unless the referee calls the end to the game. Any team that leaves the field before the referee blows the final whistle will be sanctioned.  The team will pay a $200 fine and be suspended for 3 months. 2nd offense $300.00 fine and that team are ejected from the league. 

  2. Managers are to introduce themselves to the referee as the manager before the game starts. If they are not present then they must delegate a manager for that game. Only that manager will communicate with the referee. Fines for non-compliance is as follows $50.00 1st offence, $100.00 2nd offense and $250.00 3rd offense

  3. It is the responsibility of the team manager to report all red cards to Alan or Kostas by 9:00 pm the day of the match. Not reporting a red card will result in a fine as follows 1st offense $50.00, 2nd $150.00, 3rd offense the manager is banned from the league

 

  1. If a player is red carded the manager must give the referee the players name in writing, before the manager leaves the field. A manager who refuses to give a players name to the referee or who gives the wrong name and or misleading information will be banned from the league.

  2. If a red-carded player, subsequently plays in a game that he is not supposed to, the team is fined $250.00 and suspended from the league for 3 months. 2nd offense the team will be ejected from the league.

Exception:  If the league has admitted a new team and they   are still in their probationary period (meaning that they have not been voted into the league as a permanent member) and they violate rule #5 above then that team is ejected.

  1. The team is responsible for all fines levied against an individual player. If the player does not have the money, or quits, then the team must pay the players fine.

  2. Managers are responsible for controlling their supporter’s conduct and behavior on the sideline. The manager will be fined for any misconduct by their supporter’s.

 

Players

1. A red-carded player (straight red or 2 yellows) is automatically suspended for 1 game.                               

Additional fines are as follows:

2 yellow cards                           = $25.00.

Violent conduct And or

Serious foul play                              =$100.00 3 month suspension.

Spitting                                              =$100.00 3 month suspension.

Verbal abuse                             =$100.00 3 month suspension.

Racial slur                                 =$200.00 6 month suspension.

 

All Fines Must Be Paid prior to the commencement of The Next Game To Kostas. If The Fine Is Not Timely Received, That Team Will Be suspended until payment is received.
